Current students of Ewha W. University who are interested in applying for scholarship, please contact the Scholarship Department of the University (scholarship@ewha.ac.kr). These scholarship applications are for Ewha graduates in US and the students who want to apply for Ewha Summer College.

Appenzeller Memorial Scholarship

Friends of Dr. Alice Appenzeller established this scholarship for remembrance of Dr. Alice Appenzeller’s dedicated life to Korean women’s Christian higher education. This scholarship is available to eligible Ewha graduates to pursue further study in the United States. *The scholarship is awarded only for study in the United States.

Gloria Hahn Memorial Scholarship

Established by Dr. Richard S. Hahn and his friends in memory of his wife, Mrs. Gloria Hahn, the author of “Clay Walls”. This scholarship is available to eligible Korean-American U.S. undergraduate or graduate students for tuition to attend the Ewha International Summer School in Seoul. *Scholarship for Korean-American students to study at Ewha International Summer School in Asian Studies. 

Bishop Sharon Z. Rader Scholarship

Established by the board members of the foundation to honor the dedication and commitment of the former president Bishop Sharon Z. Rader. *For non-Korean American/Canadian students from North America who study in the Ewha International Summer School.

Southern California Alumnae Summer School Scholarship

Established by the Ewha University Alumnae Association of Southern California. *Scholarship for US students enrolled in accredited US college/university who wants to study at Ewha International Summer College. Preferably residents in zip code 900XX-928XX.

Dr. Ira and Chang Hyun Shin Geer Scholarship

Drs. Ira & Cindy Chang Hyun Shin Geer established this scholarship. Dr. Cindy Chang Hyun Shin Geer (’57 Education) graduated from Ewha Womans University and the State University of New York, Buffalo, with Ph.D. in International Education (1981). *The scholarship is awarded only for students from the developing countries who study at the International Summer School of Ewha Womans University in Seoul.
